Stryker Hip Replacement Lawsuits Continue After Billion-Dollar Settlement Announcement

After the historic $1.4 billion settlement was announced over Stryker metal-on-metal hip replacements, lawyers have continued to file lawsuits in the multi-district litigation. These defective medical devices fail at an alarming rate, causing the release of metal particles into the bloodstream and surrounding tissue, which can lead to painful replacement surgery and other dangerous side effects.
