Sindhu Daniel has joined G&E as a director within the firm’s mass tort practice. Ms. Daniel has an over twenty-year track record of litigating large-scale pharmaceutical/medical device cases. Her efforts behalf of injured plaintiffs have resulted in billions of dollars in recoveries. She currently serves on a number of plaintiffs’ steering committees, including the 3M Combat Arms Earplug Products Liability Litigation, the Talc MDL, the Proton Pump Inhibitor MDL, as well as the Essure product liability lawsuits—which resulted in a $1.6 billion settlement for women who alleged that they sustained injuries from Bayer’s permanent birth control device Essure.
